Selecting Campus Tools, Timesheet Tools allows you to access the tools that allow you to define, modify, and manipulate timesheets.
CNAV provides two types of timesheet tools:
To access the general timesheet tools, select Campus Tools, Timesheet Tools, Timesheet. The general timesheet tools are broken into four categories:
My Tools: These tools allow you to access your personal timesheet and supervisory functions.
Processing Tools: These tools allow you to add addendums to processed timesheets, function as a timesheet supervisor to approve/adjust current timesheets, and to view the current timesheets and attendance sheets.
Timesheet Tools: These tools allow you to create new timesheets and define timesheet components such as holidays, pay periods, etc.
Statistics Tools: These tools allow you to view reports on attendance statistics.
Timesheet Administrative Tools
To access the timesheet administrative tools, select Campus Tools, Timesheet Tools, Timesheet Admin. The administrative tools allow you to enable use of the timesheet system by a CNAV institution, customize the appearance of timesheet printouts and display screens by adding customized scripts, and restore the timesheet module to its system defaults.
