Clicking Campus Tools, Helpdesk, Administrator Tools Utilities, Reporting Tools Worker Report allows you to view a list showing the primary worker and current ticket status for each ticket currently active within this helpdesk. The Worker Report screen lists the following information for each ticket:
Ticket ID: This column lists the Ticket ID of each active ticket. To view the actual helpdesk ticket, click the hyperlinked ID number.
Worker:This column lists the name of the primary worker for each ticket. Note that in some cases, the primary worker may be a group (such as Helpdesk Workers) rather than an individual.
Status: This column lists the status of the ticket.
Last modified by: This column lists the name of the person who last modified this ticket and the date and time of that modification. To obtain additional information about this person, click the hyperlinked user name to display this user's CNAV ID screen.
To download this report to your PC as a comma-delimited file, click Get the comma-delimited file.
