From this screen, you can edit any listed institution to do the following:
Activate or deactivate use of the Timesheet System from this institution: To activate use of the Timesheet System, tick the Active flag.
Set the number of general ledger fields: Select the appropriate number of general ledger (GL) fields from the provided drop-down list. To obtain the correct number, talk to the Payroll Administrator at your institution.
Edit the specified Payroll Controller group(s): To change the listed Payroll Controller, click the Edit button. CNAV will inform you that to continue, you must save your changes to this point. Click OK. CNAV will display the Chooser screen. Make any changes required to the listed Payroll Controller. (If you are activating the Timesheet System for an institution for the first time, the Payroll Controller is set to No One. In order to allow the Timesheet System to be used, you must specify a valid Payroll Controller at this point.)
Modify the institution description: Enter a short, but useful, description of this institution.
To clear this form and start again, click Reset.
Once you have entered all required fields, click Submit.
