The User-defined Yes/No Field screen lists all of the user-defined boolean fields that currently exist for this inventory ticket. If no values have been defined, the User-defined Yes/No Field edit screen displays.
If there are existing yes/no fields, you can use this screen to:
Add a new yes/no field: Click New.
Edit an existing yes/no field: Click the Edit icon next to the field name.
Delete an existing yes/no field: Click the Delete icon.
Edit multiple yes/no fields: Place a tick in the checkbox for each field to be edited. Then, click Edit Selected.
Delete multiple yes/no fields: Place a tick in the checkbox for each field to be deleted. Then, click Delete Selected.
Edit all yes/no fields: Click Edit All.
Delete all yes/no fields: Click Delete All.
If you select either New or Edit, the User-defined Yes/No Field edit screen displays.
