Inventory

The CNAV inventory system allows you to accurately track computer inventory, AV inventory, and other specialized inventories directly within CNAV. Built-in functions accommodate multi-campus and consortia usage as well as automatic planning and reporting on inventory item values, expirations, and replacement schedules.

Clicking Campus Tools, Inventory displays the Inventory Tools menu. This menu provides access to tools designed for Inventory workers, Inventory administrators, and Inventory system administrators. What you see on this menu depends on who you are.

The drop-down menus at the top of this screen allow you to select the institution and inventory. Before you can use the worker tools or administrator tools, you must select the inventory you wish to manipulate. By default, CNAV selects the last inventory you used.
