Clicking Campus Tools, Inventory, Worker Tools Reports allows you to access predefined Sample Reports (such as the Item Replacement Cost Report) or make a custom data-analysis report. If you are an inventory administrator, you can also create inventory reports by clicking Campus Tools, Inventory, Administrator Tools Utilities, Data Analysis Reports.
To create a custom report, do the following:
Title: Enter a title for the report to be generated.
Included fields: Select the fields that you would like to appear on the report. To select more than one field, control-click.
Order by: Use the drop-down list to select the field by which you would like CNAV to sort the report entries. If you don't specify an order, CNAV sorts the items in the order in which the field names appear under Included fields.
After entering the fields above, specify where you want CNAV to output the generated report:
Printable report: Select this option to display the generated report to the screen.
Comma-separated file: Select this option to download the generated report to a file in spreadsheet-readable form.
Click Submit. If you specified a printable report, CNAV displays the report to the screen immediately. If you specified a comma-separated file, CNAV displays a link to Get the file.
