This step in the Timesheet wizard allows you to add or modify pay periods for the current pay schedule. (You can also access this screen by selecting Campus Tools, Timesheet Tools, Timesheet, Timesheet Tools Timesheet Utilities, Pay Periods. )
Before proceeding, select the Pay Schedule for which you wish to add or modify warnings from the provided drop-down list. After selecting the pay schedule, you can do the following:
Add a new pay period: To add a new pay period, click New. CNAV displays the New Pay Period screen.
View a past pay period: To view a past pay period, click the View icon. CNAV displays the View Pay Period screen.
Edit a pay period: Editing a pay period allows you to change details, such as the starting or ending day or the pay period. This function is very useful if you wish to move a pay period ending date to accommodate a public holiday. For obvious reasons, you can only edit current and future pay periods.
