This screen allows you to display, define, and/or modify the active and inactive ticket priority values currently defined for this Helpdesk. CNAV displays this screen as part of the Helpdesk Builder wizard.
From the Ticket Priority screen you can:
Add a new priority value: Click New.
Edit a priority value: Click the Edit icon under Edit/Delete.
Delete a priority value: Click the Delete icon under Edit/Delete.
Edit multiple priority values: Place a tick in the checkbox for each priority value to be edited. Then, click Edit Selected.
Delete multiple priority values: Place a tick in the checkbox for each priority value to be deleted. Then, click Edit Deleted.
Edit all priority values: Click Edit All.
Delete all priority values: Click Delete All.
Toggle display between active and inactive values: Click the Edit Actives or Edit Inactives button at the bottom of the screen.
If you select either New or Edit, the Ticket Priority edit screen displays.
