This screen allows you to display, define, and/or modify the active and inactive ticket status values currently defined for this Helpdesk. CNAV also displays this screen as part of the Helpdesk Builder wizard.
From the Ticket Status screen you can:
Add a new status value: Click New.
Edit a status value: Click the Edit icon under Edit/Delete.
Delete a status value: Click the Delete icon under Edit/Delete.
Edit multiple status values: Place a tick in the checkbox for each status value to be edited. Then, click Edit Selected.
Delete multiple status values: Place a tick in the checkbox for each status value to be deleted. Then, click Edit Deleted.
Edit all status values: Click Edit All.
Delete all status values: Click Delete All.
Toggle display between active and inactive values: Click the Edit Actives or Edit Inactives button at the bottom of the screen.
If you select either New or Edit, the Ticket Status edit screen displays.
