Clicking Campus Tools, Events displays the Events menu. From this menu, you can perform the following tasks:
Add events: This tool allows you to add new events to the campus calendars. Any on-campus CNAV user can add an event. However, added events do not actually appear on the calendar(s) until those events are approved by an Event Administrator. This tool also provides a way for you to duplicate events that occur repeatedly.
Approve events: This tool allows you to approve events for posting to the campus calendars. Use of this tool is limited to those users defined to be Event Administrators.
View event survey reports: This tool allows you to view the results of event surveys. An event survey is a poll designed to obtain feedback from event attendees after an event is completed. With this tool, you can view survey results for all events or for only those events that you own. Use of this tool is limited to those users defined to be Event Administrators.
Note: If you are unable to use a restricted tool but feel that you require access in order to properly perform your job, please contact your CNAV system administrator.
