Clicking Campus Tools, Account Mgmt, Disable [User-realm] Accounts allows you to disable specific accounts in the selected user realm. When you select this option, CNAV displays the Group Chooser. Select the person whose account you wish to disable and click Submit. CNAV displays the Disable Accounts screen. On that screen, you can force a password change (effectively forcing this user to contact you to obtain the password before they can access CNAV again) or disable the account altogether. When disabling accounts for an entire realm or large group, you can also specify that you want CNAV to disable only those accounts that have not been used since a specific date.
