When a student enters a new item in her Planner, she is able to assign it a status code that indicates the status of that item. Initially, she might designate an item as in "Pondering" or "Planning" status. As she revisits her Planner in the future, she can change the status as required. Eventually, the item may become "In progress" and then "Completed".
This tool allows you to maintain the list of status codes from which students can pick.
To maintain the Planner status codes, select Campus Tools, Advising, Portfolio Tools, Planner Status Codes. From the Planner Status Codes screen, you can do the following:
Add a new status code. Click New. CNAV will display a blank Planner Status Codes edit screen.
Edit an existing status code. Select the code you wish to edit from the drop-down list displayed under Create/Update Options. Then, click Edit. CNAV will display the Planner Status Codes edit screen with all information about the selected status code already filled out.
Delete an existing status code. Select the code you wish to delete from the drop-down list displayed under Create/Update Options. Then, click Delete.
To return to the Portfolio Tools screen, click Back.
