On this screen, you can define a new warning message or modify an existing warning message. Enter or modify the following fields:
Warning message: Enter the text of the warning message that you wish to be sent via email.
Pay schedule: This field displays the name of the pay schedule to which this warning message applies. You cannot change this field. If you wish to add a warning for a different pay schedule, click Back to return to the Warnings screen and select a different Pay Schedule from the provided drop-down list.
When to send: Use the provided drop-down lists to select the amount of time before the specified lock that you wish this warning to be emailed to the selected recipient(s). You can specify this time in days, hours, and/or minutes.
Before: Tick the appropriate box for the "lock" before which you wish the warning to be sent. You can send warning messages before the User lock and/or before the Supervisor lock.
Warning message recipient(s): Please tick the checkbox for each person you wish to receive an email copy of this warning message. You can specify the following recipients:
Payroll
Primary Supervisor
Alternate 1 (This is the first alternate supervisor. This person is responsible for approving timesheets for this pay schedule when the primary supervisor is absent.)
Alternate 2 (This is the second alternate supervisor. This person is responsible for approving timesheets for this pay schedule when the primary supervisor and the first alternate supervisor are absent.)
User (In this case, the user is the person whose timesheet needs to be submitted or approved.)
To clear this form and start again, click Reset.
After making all desired changes, click Submit. CNAV displays the Rounding screen.
