This step in the Timesheet wizard allows you to set warning messages to be sent to the timesheet user(s), supervisor(s), and/or payroll staff. Use these warnings to remind the interested parties to submit and/or process timesheets for a particular pay schedule. (You can also access this screen by selecting Campus Tools, Timesheet Tools, Timesheet, Timesheet Tools Timesheet Utilities, Warnings. )
Before proceeding, select the Pay Schedule for which you wish to add or modify warnings from the provided drop-down list. After selecting the pay schedule, you can do the following:
Add a new warning: To add a new warning, click New. CNAV will display the Edit Warning screen.
Edit existing warning(s): To edit a single warning, click the appropriate Edit icon. You can also tick the Edit/Delete checkbox(es) to Edit Selected warnings or opt to Edit All warnings. In any case, CNAV displays the Edit Warning screen.
Delete an existing warning: To delete an existing warning, click the appropriate Delete icon. CNAV will prompt you to confirm the deletion. Click OK. CNAV will redisplay the Warnings screen without the deleted warning.
After making all changes or entries needed on this screen, click Next. The Timesheet wizard will proceed to the Rounding screen.
