Clicking Find it Now, Helpdesk allows you to search the campus Helpdesk system using two different methods:
Browse: The browse function allows you to browse the available helpdesks. You can opt to browse only open tickets or all tickets.
Multiple Condition Search: The multiple condition search allows you to search for helpdesk requests by a combination of criteria including institution, helpdesk, request type category, and date.
To list all of your helpdesk requests or to submit a new request, select My Helpdesk on the My Place menu. You can also submit a new helpdesk request ticket, by selecting Helpdesk on the Campus Tools menu.
