Editing System-defined Field Values

The Helpdesk Tools, Administrator Tools Edit Helpdesk Ticket function also allows you to edit the drop-down list values for system-defined fields for the current Helpdesk. (The current institution and Helpdesk appear on the title bar of this form.) You can also edit these fields during the last step in the Helpdesk Builder wizard.

To edit the drop-down list values for a system-defined field, click the Edit icon to the right of the drop-down box. You can edit the drop-down list values for the following fields:
