Survey Fields

Selecting Campus Tools, Helpdesk, Helpdesk Tools, Administrator Tools Utilities, Survey Fields allows you to define a survey that CNAV will automatically email to all ticket requestors when a ticket is closed.  

To add a survey to your helpdesk, simply use the survey fields to define the questions you wish to include in the survey.  The sequence that you specify in each survey field will determine the order in which the questions are arranged in the completed survey.  Once you enter the questions for your survey, you're done. You do not need to perform any additional processing to have CNAV distribute the survey or summarize the survey results.
